Shipping Methods

All Customers are allow to avail their shipping options countrywide and throughout the world while ordering online. In general, we process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you could consider placing separate orders and make payments for them separately. Our Shipping date depends on your preferred delivery location and delivery type. Please notify that for Outside of Sylhet location, customers have to collect the delivery from their doorstep courier point.

  • Delivery in Sylhet city will be free of cost, if the order value is TK. 2000 or above otherwise delivery charges will be added.
  • No urgent delivery is available on Friday and any govt. Holiday.
  • As per the location and parcel’s weight or size of each order, International delivery cost will be changed. For your more info about it, you may contact at any our outlet to have an estimated International delivery cost.

How will you check the status of your order?

If you would like to check your ordered shipping current status, you could easily check it by login into our website and then, you will definitely find an option where will be shown order history or else requested to communicate with us by our given contact details.

When your items haven’t arrived yet. What will you do?

In the first place, you try to track order using your order ID from my order page by logging into our website or else contact our outlet service point.

When you are not your place to receive the order?

In this case of your absence, anyone may receive the order on behalf of you but , due to ensure the right person, we would require some verification (phone, SMS, order ID etc.) & fill up the consent form for receiving the order from that person.

What could be your approach in case of prolonged delivery?

Occasionally, due to the unavoidable circumstances and disruptions situations, your delivery might be got prolonged to place. As a result, It may exceed the aforementioned delivery deadline. Please inform us about such kinds of issue as early as possible, we will be available to sort it out.

Is there any option to change or cancel your order after the placement of your order?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order after the placement of your order, but some steps are there for your cancellation or changes. In the first place, you will be allowed to change or cancel your order by yourself before its getting processing status. In the second place, after your order getting processing status, you will not be allowed to cancel or change your order by yourself. For your order cancellation or changes in the second place, you have to contact us or else your order will be placed for further actions and you have to have the responsibilities of your order misplacement.

Is there any option to drop a report regarding any dissatisfaction?

Yes, you may use our report issue option to drop your report to us regarding any dissatisfaction, objection or suggestion. For an example: If Delivery man may charge more instead of exact written amount of charge, you are requested to contact us in such case of mismatch or miscommunication. Mark it down that our first priority is to provide your preferred product (s) with no hassles and hurdles.
