Exchange & Return

How long will you be allowed to do Exchange & Return?

After receiving the product, you will be allowed to do exchange & return within 7 days or else you will not be allowed to do exchange & return.

Rules and regulations of Exchange & Return:

  • If you want to exchange & return, must be ensured that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. In short, you will not be allowed to do exchange & return any product (s) after boxing or opening the product packaging.
  • It should be ensured that the product is unused and intact with tags within 7 days of purchase.

If you lost the money receipt/ tags / barcode, what should be your flexibility to this incident?

If you can provide us the purchased contact number as the substitute of losing the money receipt or invoice to track your purchased history. Then, it will be acceptable for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges and return.

From where you may exchange the product?

  • If you purchase any product from online, you can exchange & exchange the product from any of our outlets within 7 days of the purchasing date. Please click here to find your doorstep outlet or else send us your product(s) to our service outlet by the help of your corresponding courier concern. So that we will contact you and arrange shipment of your exchange product while receiving the product. On a separate note, if you experience any problem from our side, we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refund and for others all reasons, customer has to bear the return shipping expense.
  • If you purchase from our physical outlets and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return & exchange the product at any of our outlets within 7 days of your purchasing with original receipt/invoice and packaging with barcode tags attached.

How will you return product(s) to us for Exchange or Refund?

As per our Exchange & Refund policy, after returning the product (s), We will arrange an exchange or refund on fulfillment of our policy.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and get your full refund.

If you purchase from online, please return the product to us at our service outlets and it will be refunded within 72 hours after successfully receiving the returned product(s) on fulfillment of our Exchange & Refund policy.

On a separate note, Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Dreams Gallery will not issue store credit for your returns.

If you purchase from our physical outlets and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product at our outlets from where you have purchased and as per our Exchange & Refund policy, we will arrange your refund .
