How do I make the payment/ Methods of payments?

There will be two types of payment options:

• Cash on Delivery
• Online Payment

For cash on delivery option, Our delivery agent will collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered product(s) for Inside Sylhet and for Outside Sylhet customer have to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product(s).

For online payment option, you can make payments using Visa – Master - American Express Cards, DBBL Nexus, Q-Cash, bKash, DBBL Mobile Banking, IBBL- mCash, uCash, SureCash, MyCash, IFIC Mobile Banking, Trust Mobile Money, OK Cash, AB Direct, IBBL iBanking, Bank Asia iBanking, City Touch, MTB iBanking, and Payza.

Is there any International Payment method?

Definitely, you may pay with any Visa-Master-American Express Card and you might be asked to provide proof of your identity

Is cash on delivery available for all Delivery Method?

No cash on delivery available for outside of Sylhet locations except Pathao Courier.

Is there any EMI payment option?

Yes, we have EMI payment option to pay, but you have to bear the payment charge of EMI.

Are there any special membership facilities?

Yes, we have a special membership card named Loyalty Membership Card. Questions may arise to your mind that how to be a Loyalty Membership Card holder and what are the facilities of it as described followings-

Are there any extra charges when will you make a purchase (Such as- extra delivery charge, sales tax etc)?

For your ease of convenience, all the charges will be attached to the product Cover. So that accurate charges will be visible to customers and Customers only have to pay the total amount shown on the invoice after checkout.

Will your card details be safe or not?

Your card details will be, undoubtedly, safe and secured. Dreams Gallery and payment gateway aggregator do not store card information in order to obey with regulatory guidelines. Only the relevant banks hold the necessary information regarding the transaction. Also Dreams Gallery has confirmed 2 aspects authentication and transparency during the payment process to ensure security.

When have your card been declined?

You are requested to check your card details with your relevant bank.
